Order cancellations
Since we manufacture your Fine Art Print individually and especially for you, based on your order, a right of withdrawal is unfortunately excluded. Hereby we follow the legal regulation on the right of withdrawal and return for distance contracts in France and Europe.  

Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order (e.i. not the print that you ordered), a damaged order or a faulty order, simply contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us, providing:

• Your name

• A detailed description of the problem

• Your order number

• Some pictures of the issue 

Including this will help us to resolve things quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you. 

Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material. Return shipping is free of charge after you have received our approval to return the item.
